Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using HomeschoolHub (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using HomeschoolHub, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
HomeschoolHub is a mobile application designed to help homeschooling families plan lessons, track student progress, manage schedules, and organize educational activities. The App provides both free and premium features.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

4.3 Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
4.4 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
4.5 Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
4.6 Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4.7 Refunds: All sales are final. Refund requests should be directed to Apple through the App Store, as we do not process payments directly.
5.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or submit through the App (including lesson plans, notes, photos, and student information).
5.2 License to Us: By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality.

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by HomeschoolHub (Taja Moxey) and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

HomeschoolHub is a planning and organizational tool. We do not provide educational content, curriculum, or instruction. You are solely responsible for your educational decisions and compliance with local homeschooling laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
While we take measures to protect your data, we recommend regularly exporting and backing up your important information. We are not responsible for any loss of data.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms are between you and HomeschoolHub (Taja Moxey), not Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services. In the event of any failure to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims by you or third parties relating to the App or your use of it, including: (1) product liability claims; (2) any claim that the App fails to conform to legal requirements; and (3) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
